How to Clean My Humidifier?
We suggest that you clean the humidifier every three days. That might sound like a lot of work, but it’s worth doing to avoid the dreaded humidifier lung.
1. Unplug and disassemble your humidifier.
2. Fill the tank with water as you normally would, but add 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar (citric acid powder, or a similar weak acid also applied)
3. Let this mixture sit in the tank for 30 minutes.
4. Empty the humidifier, and use cleaning brush and cloth to clean any areas with extra build-up.
5. Rinse all the parts and let them dry out for 30 to 60 minutes before you’re ready to use the humidifier again.

Large Tank Capacity and Good After-sale Service
I bought it mainly for its large tank capacity. Easy to clean components with separate essential oil compartment. It produces enough mist even at minimum setting. Even though I used only tap water and cleaned properly, it suddenly stopped working in 2 months of usage. I contacted the customer care, they directed me to send the product back at my own cost. Once they received and checked the product that its not working, they send replacement product in no time. As mentioned by few reviewers, These product really have some serious manufacturing issues. But with Good Customer service, one can invest in this product as they comes with greater value.

Looks good, runs wellâ¦.but just for a couple of days. Donât normally write reviews but this deserved a warning to potential buyers. This is a typical one of many low quality, impressive looking Chinese sub-standard product that have flooded the Indian market. And we continue to be suckered into buying this crap. The base of the tank started to crack and chip off, leading to leakage and flooding of the base. This a potential hazard for short circuiting. Beware. Strongly recommend to not buy this product. Disregard reviews where people have put in a good work. Just a matter of time where this will fail! The rest I leave to you.

The product is awesome and cute.This worked perfectly till it stopped working. The customer service is a bit of challenge though. It takes time for you to get this resolved. Should understand that this is not a big consumer brands like Philips…etc who have service centre all over India.
