Putting the review after 2 years of usage:Pros:1. The filter is good overall.2. Form factor is less3. Performance is okay.Cons:1. Breaks down often. And the adjustment of TDS RO is a gimmick as after few days it automatically reduces the TDS to 10-15.2. BIGGEST red flag: Support is awful after a breakdown. The filter completely stopped working recently and I raised a service request immediately. After 10 days and 3/4 top level escalation the technicians are yet to visit (in Bangalore). I have just dropped the product into garbage bun and moved to a different product as obviously the after care support team do not care.
