Reliable product
I have been using this for almost every day since Feb 2024, quality is phenomenal. Noise is bearable, size of jars is also good, easy to port, has good grip. Definitely value for money.

Good build quality
Have recently purchased it in prime sale. price was okay. build quality is quite good. motor is powerful. will need to see how it works on a long run.I have started using it on daily basis for making protein shakes for myself. It blends everything within 5-8 secs. I have not even pushed it to 10 secs yet.Not giving five star because additional blades are expensive and they never provide discounts on them.

CUSTOMER CARE BULLIED TO REMOVE THE REVIEW TO GIVE MY PRODUCT BACK
Read completly to be safe : I bought this 10 months ago. And wrote review after 1 month as I used it after 1 or more than a month later from when I purchased. I only used it for a couple times and then it was lying idlelayer in November I started using it that too only during weekends alone . After just 7 to 8 times .i started smelling some electric burn smell whole using it . I thought it was in my power supply and got it checked by the electrician which was vain as it turns out that the blender was smelling electric burn while using. All of this i contacted kuvings and they asked to send me the blender for repair which i did. It took 10 or more days to get that back and to my surprise or shock i recieved a very old and ruggedly used product which was all beaten up all around with very bad looking blender. I was in shock that a brand is doing such thing in the name of repair. I contacted kuvings for the same and provided them with images and all. The whole problem here is the product replacement done by the kuvings in the name of repair. Afte that the customer support is really really bad from the day 1 while I contacted them regarding the issue to till date. The employees are not at all interested in speaking to the customer let alone helping us resolve the issue. There are no updates given about any thing . It will only be your whole responsibility to call them and ask fo the update. Even then they are not interested in providing the update. They just want to hang up the call as soon as possible. I ahd to call thrive each time to completely speak to them. The executives just hang up the call and leave with out ending the conversation. They just say suno suno while cutting you up while u r speaking. Such a shame . After buying stuff worth 20 k and 5 k each. This is u r made to face. Worst customer support and fraud in the name of repair. After waiting for 2 months and receiving a non functional product again for the second time. I called the customer support again and they gave a reply after a whole month asking me to remove the review from Amazon so that they can further proceed with the process. Their associate YASH SAKPAL , KRITHI asked me to remove the review even after I asked them is this fare and legal in terms to ask a customer to remove the review from Amazon so that they can proceed further with resolving the issue for a product which I bought and their duty to resolve the issue. So please beware and cautious before buying their product. The product is good iam not denying on that . I have a cold juice compressor worth 20 k as well. Which Ia working fine . But if your product gets damage or gets to repair . Then it is the end of your kuvings journey. As then it is only hell afterwards with the customer support team . It looks like a perfect brand to be associated with kuvings, but it is very fraudulent and unfair on your face in broad daylight. Bullying customer to remove the review from Amazon. To give u the latest update. After removing the review from Amazon, still the kuvings team is not satisfied as the review got like and was up and good for a long time. So they are refusing to do anything further. Such unfair people. Beware of the fact and hope your machine never stops working.
