Useful product but do not buy from the seller
We received a damaged product which we realized at the time of installation after the installation guy removed absolutely fine looking packing. Seller took days to return the product. We have spent days to manage to return the product, fighting with Amazon. Finally bought from a local vendor at almost 4K lesser the price. The review is about the product. For those confused between VX Plus and SX 1, the only difference is provision of LED self lit lights in SX1. So VX Plus is a better option and cost saving too. One must set his/ expectation well before buying a dish washer. It dies not have provision to scrub your utensils. So, to gain maximum out of the machine, one must scrub the hard soiled utensils. Also, do not expect ionized utensils to come out sparkling. They may get unwanted stains instead. Also, aluminum utensils may get oxidized and come with a coating or colour. I immediately hard scrub these utensils when out of dishwasher for a cleaner look. Other than these precautions, dish washer is a must machine. My tea strainers have come out shining bright like new (almost 4 years old)

Works for Indian kitchen BUT!!!
I am writing this after using it for 3-4 weeks. I bought this dishwasher after many reviews, R&D and what not. Here are my Pros and Cons.Pros:Easy to useDishes come very cleanWorks for Indian kitchen utensilsAfter sales support is very good.Cons:Detergent compartment will not open automatically if you have lined up the plates but why was it designed in the first place to keep it there?Sales team will pressurize you to buy their products.You have to learn to place the utensils to get the maximum out of the dishwasher.

Upto expectations… atleast as of now
Delivered and installed on the same day, may be it was a lucky day for meðBought IFB Neptune VX from Reliance Digital in lockdown somewhat 20 days ago bcoz only they were delivering at that time. No one came for installation for around 15 days and finally when they did arrive it was found out that the machine was broken in transit. They didn’t had the replacement available and neither any other IFB dishwasher available so finally ordered from Amazon when the lockdown was eased.Delivered in time and by some luck installed on the same day too.Working good, looks great, silent operation. Happy with the purchase in this budget.P.S. Big thalis can’t be adjusted in any tray, and I guess not in any other dishwasher too.

The dishwasher is the worst.
The product is a pain and I haven’t even used the product for more than a week. The dishwasher claims that it will clean the product as well as dry it but it doesn’t do both. Let me explain in detail:1. The dishwasher retains the dirty water in it’s vessels. Hence when you open the dishwasher, you’re met with nasty smells and dirty water.2. The product claims it has multiple options but only one option actually works and it take a whopping 3 hours to complete one cycle of dishwashing.3. Whether it is 15 place or 12 place, it doesnt matter because it is truly impossible to wash dishes in a bulk even if they provide multiple trays.4. There is no service. Two people come for the show of it and they become unreachable after the one visit. More importantly all the toll free numbers are invalid or non existent. Even the IFB website doesn’t actually allow you to post a complaint by stating useless technical errors. Instead the websites direct you to a number as the IFB customer service helpline ( 9884496881) who is actually just a lady asking me to find my own service helpline and that if I didn’t find it, it was my own problem. This is the kind of stupidity I’m faced with.My take from this experience of a dishwasher is that it is a useless product and it is merely meant to drain your money and energy. My dishes were cleaned better before the stupid machine turned up. Moreover I’m unable to receive the proper help as IFB is always unreachable as ever.

Go for it
It very good for family of 5 to 6 people. Its big enough to take two time vessels for cleaning. Initially I took some time to understand with trial and error method the best way to clean vessels in it. It clean really well ,depends on which detergent one use. Some time here n there some food residue is left but overall good for big families.

Very poor demo services
The dishwasher is good to use and easy to operate. But the installation services were bad. The executives who can for installing and demo were only keen on selling their products and got upset as we did not buy everything from them. They were only focusing on sharing the consequences if we do not use their sold items. We had to remind him repeatedly for demo and he was not keen on that.About the machine, as per the exe if we do not buy a stabiliser, and the other products and use them with the machine, the dishwasher should collapseIn few days.
