Worth for your money
I’m very comfortable to this product, all function are working very smooth, battery life is very good after charging full, minimum 2 hour working without any stop. Thank you ð for this product. little screen color dull. but that is fine.

Defective. Product. Don’t buy refurbished from Recycle Cart company
Firstly, the charger was not working, so I replaced with a new one.Secondly and te main defect is that I cannot sign in. At this spot the laptop don’t respond continesly reverting back to the screen saver.Repents to have bought a refurbished item . I bought this from a seller ‘ Recycle Cart”..Anyway Amazon was very prompt to refund money grom te seller within a day.On the strength of Amazon, I am experimenting one more time to buy te same configired latitude 5490 from JISHNU ENTERPRISES. Let’s evaluate…Will post te review accordingly

Item i am received have so many defects in this laptop1. display having lines issue which is increasing day by day now it is 3 lines2. speaker sound is very low quality nothing is audible3.system hang lot lot of the time4. touch pad not working properlyi conducted the seller for replacementbut response totally waste of money and time

Don’t buy @ laptop not working after one month @ there 6 month warranty by seller warranty,.. Seller will not entertain , they telling that contact with “usedbutnewyet” site personnel they never respond your call .Amazon simply hands up and say talk to seller personnel.. don’t buy dosto,.. I purchased dell laptop ,,.. painted body, looking stickering which peel off after one week,,.. don’t buy….

Fake Windows and MS Office Subscription
You should be lucky to get a genuine windows with this refurbished laptop if you are buying from Kedia Enterprise. Worst, even the Amazon Customer Service won’t help you. They not only lack technical expertise to address the concerns but also tries to deflate issue by raising fake ”concern” against the seller. Only after I escalated to senior customer service support guys, they clearly said no concern has ever been raised to anyone regarding the issue.Regarding the windows, if you contact the seller they’ll say you can install Win10 home and then upgrade to Win11 home. But here is the catch, this laptop actually comes with Win11 Pro (it is business laptop, no company ever buys Windows home). More, the MS Office Subscription comes with a year long deadline but this is never advertised in the product specifications – so, the product keys they give (no idea if they really share it in D drive as claimed) is useless after a year.If you are buying this for you not so tech savvy parents or children, please cross check on both genuineness of Windows and MS Office Subscription. This has been a poor product for me for I bought this a year ago and it was never used until I found the issue.
