Good finishing. works well. No noice. Easy operation. I have used the Philips old model citrus juicer past 25 years. Still the motor is working well. The cone & filter setting is broken. That’s why I purchased new one. Philips brand is mostly reliable.

Product is good but the delivery man was very rude. He refused to give door delivery. He was forcing us to give the otp before even showing the product to us. As we refused he came upstairs cribbing. The handle is not user friendly. It’s very crude and sharp.

Bad after sales
Got this juicer on 3rd April. Worked twice. Third time it stopped working. After complaining to Amazon, they said that we are not responsible, speak with Philips. After complaining to Philips, have got at least 10 calls asking what is wrong with the product and our technician will get back to you. To date there is no solution. Between Amazon and Philips no one is taking responsibility and the customer suffers
