Easily scrape a coconut in 3 mins – must have if you use coconuts often
Compact, good buld quality, looks good and comfortable to use.The machine sits sturdy on the kitchen platform when in use; hardly any vibration is felt. The blade is of excellent quality and the plastic cover makes it very convenient to fix and remove the blade.When scraping you just need to hold the coconut firmly so that the coconut doesn’t fly off and you don’t get hurt with the blade. There is no need for pressing coconut too much against the blade. Just rotate the coconut to get even scraping on all side and the bottom. Since it turns on and off via a self releasing button on top, it’s easy to stop and start as you scrape.The end result is finely scraped coconut.It’s been only a week of usage and I have scraped some 5 coconuts already. It’s been so easy. I just love it.It’s a little noisy but so are mixers…..so can’t consider it an issue.

The built of the machine is good.The blades sturdy, sharp, easy to remove and washable.It needs some practice and focus to gain the skill.Do not take anything for granted, read the manual well, use carefully as per the technique advised and you should be good to go.Ensure that the coconut is cut correctly in identical halves else can be a dangerous with one half too close to the rotating blade and the other half too large and deep and hence won’t grate.The guard is very useful, please do not skip it, although the design of the guard could have been a bit better.I grate a couple of them and freeze the grated coconut whenever I need them. Pretty convenient.

Excellent coconut scraper
I was searching for a good coconut scraper for a long period. Even top brand products does not give full satisfaction. Now I bought Brewine. It is an awesome product. Overall performance is good. Easy to handle and we can remove the coconut from the shell fully without any difficulty. Easy to clean. Low sound. Can hold the shell firmly without jerking. Overall it is an excellent product. Recommended.

Good for coconut users
I’m a south Indian, we use coconut as part of everyday cooking and in almost all dishes. Coconut scraping is a huge chore for me. Luckily found this and it is very useful. I grate coconut for a week and store it for daily use. It is compact and easily stored and cleaned. Comfortable to use. Speed is enough to grate 1 whole coconut in under 5 mins. The sharpness of the blade is excellent.
