Slicing plate/Disc missing incomplete product
I am returning the product there is no issue as such in manufacturing except for the minor scratches on handle and top lid but the main issue is that the part is missing that is the green slicer Disc. When I ordered the first time it wasn’t there so I called Amazon support and mentioned my problem and specifically asked them to mention while replacing the product kindly add the missing Disc but as I recied the replacement it still the same issue as the part still goes missing . Now I am left with no other choice then to educate the rest that if you go through the reviews there are few people that have got the Disc as well where as many have complained that the same thing is missing when the recieved there product . So if the product doesn’t comprise of that particular part then the dealer shouldn’t mention the Disc with rest of the items as mentioned in the display of product pictures as it is highly misleading and very disappointing to recieve the same incomplete product twice. Beware.

It is a very good product. Compared to other models, this one is better, both in terms of quality and performance. I previously bought a different brand with a rope design that got damaged after a few days, but this one is much better.

This Turbo chopper by Wonderchef is a must have for every kitchen… It makes so many tasks simpler and easier.. It’s a dual speed manual food processor with first gear for power and fourth gear for speed.. It can do all your kitchen tasks well like chopping, slicing, shredding, mincing, whipping and even dough kneading with its new dough blade.. It’s truly a great product at this amazing price.. No electricity is needed and yet it does the work very easily and effortlessly.. It is very easy to use and damn easy to clean as well.. It’s a very very good quality product.. Loved this unique product by WonderChef !!!

Overall good quality
But be extra careful while taking out the product out if the box as itâs blade is super sharp..it can give you a deep cut within nanoseconds so just be careful..otherwise it is a great product..one more thing is that the dough requires a little but of kneading after taking out as it is not that smooth in texture.
