Engineered with the unique impact bonding process, the middle layer of aluminum is sandwiched between the two stainless steel layers.

Heavy Quality Body with Induction Bottom

Closing it with one hand is quite difficult. Though shape wise it is good. Quality wise can’t say as I returned due to Closing difficulty.

Pros of 3.5LCooker look and feel is great. Weight of the cooker make sure food not easily burnt.Size is perfectly fine for cooking 3-4 people. After a month of use it’s good to go.ConsWhistle locking system is pathetic you have to really try hard to remove or put the whistle. Its pressure holding capacity is average and rice has to be soaked otherwise cooked food is watery.

This is a 4-5 people portion size pressure cooker. It is heavy bottom and cooks really well. There are two problems with it – which frankly I got the hang of and doesnât bother me at all.1) the lid id little hard to close. There is a trick (or a particular point to start sticking with cooker body) to close its lid. You keep it at that point and press from top and twist it. This gets really hard when pressure cooker is HOT. So i would be mindful of that before purchasing it.2) This cooker DOESNâT WORK WELL for reheating the food. Whenever I try to reheat OR re-pressure cook, the food gets burnt even when there are plenty of water in my food. This is really not acceptable.I couldnât return this because I needed a pressure cooker real bad. Aside from these 2 problems, this works well for cooking indian food.
