I ordered this Chimney for my Momâs kitchen during the Prime Days because the discount was great.The service team from Faber called the same day the chimney was delivered and visited to take measurements. Since the kitchen was in the middle of the remodel, we couldnât get it installed right away. But the people at Faber were understanding, supportive and helpful and agreed to install it on a later day. I called them today and they came by within an hour and installed it. The installation was quick and perfect, they also demonstrated the use and operation of the chimney and how it should be cleaned for upkeep.As for the effectiveness of the product, I can test it in a couple of days once the remodel is complete and my Mom can use her kitchen again.
