 This is an, otherwise awesome appliance, with some minor flaws. Other than that, we’re loving the device and it’s output.We wanted a kebab maker, one which is covered. Otherwise the heat just fades out.This appliance does well. It has a super nice mechanism, wherein the skewers keep rotating, ensuring proper heat to all sides of the food.Cleanliness is another plus point here. All the oil from the meat is collected neatly in the bowl container at the bottom. This makes cleaning much more easy. It also helps to cut down on the smoke, which otherwise would have been 5 times more than what was produced while kebabing with this appliance.If anything, I wish this device had preset temperature knobs. It is taking me a couple iterations to know what’s the right time and temperature combinationNote: Although everything is good about this appliance. But if you like your kebabs smokey, then this may not be the perfect tool
