The product stopped working after 3 months
While it was working the performance was fine but the machine just stopped giving out steam at all. After 30 seconds of switching ON, the machine just overheats and nothing comes out. I have been struggling with the support team for a month now and there is not much support there, you need to chase them to get you work done. I’d say, stick to an established company like Philips, Bajaj, Morphy Richards that have a good service network. Avoid brands like Agaro that have such a sub-standard after sales service.I chased the support team for a warranty claim, but it’s very difficult to deal with them. A few things about their support team:1. They don’t have a queue system, so if their support reps are busy, the system just disconnects your call instead of putting you in a queue.2. They don’t have formal email communications, so it’s very hard to escalate your issues, if you didn’t receive the correct support (issues are tracked via Whatsapp)3. People are not very helpful when you do get connected with them.

The water capacity is very less. Upon filling one time it hardly lasts for one t-shirt at the most. It works decently well with cotton mix or polyester materials. Not suitable for pure cotton or linen as the wrinkles are still visible. After a while it hurts your wrist and fingers as the button has to be constantly pressed and held to get the steam. I would not say it’s easy to use.Suitable for steaming already ironed clothes that have been worn once that need some ironing before wearing the next time.
