Could I put the humidifier on the floor or a wooden table?
Best place to put a humidifier is 2-4 feet above the floor where the most airflow is. It is recommended to put a tray underneath the humidifier, if you place it on a non-waterproof surface, the locally high humidity levels may wet the surroundings.

I’m shocked this isn’t more expensive
This is one of the best humidifiers I have owned and used and im shocked it isn’t more expensive for all it offers. This is easy to use you just fill with water and you’re done. I love the option of the mister and how you can turn it where you want it (great for my plantsðª´) I also love the ambient light it gives off and that I have the option to turn it on and off. I also appreciate not having to refill it so often. This works great and I love it. Highly recommend this brand!

I was tired of not being able to really clean the tanks of other ones and felt like I was constantly cleaning and refilling, so I purchased this one to try. Love the size and ease of cleaning. I also appreciate I can add my oil in to the tank and not have to worry about replacing a sponge every month. It is quite and love that I can better control the output. Must try!

Such a good buy
First of all I love how quiet it is and how much it lasts. I also love that you can put essential oils to it. I personally bought it for my toddler who is sick and cannot take any medicines, so I just pour a few drops of eucalyptus oil with peppermint and lavender to make him breath better at night. The only thing I wish I could change is to leave the light at one color. The changing off lights at night does not let me sleep well but besides everything I really think itâs a good purchase.

I modified this to direct the mist into the top of a mushroom grow tent. This humidifier has no problems pushing visible mist through a 6ft long 1.5″ pipe with about 4ft of elevation.I have had this running for a a couple months plugged in to a inkbird humidistat (also awesome) and I have had ZERO issues with it. Mushroom foggers can be pretty pricey so this was an excellent alternative.The water capacity is great and its not horrible to clean.

Every winter I would fight with cleaning humidifiers. The water trough opening would be too small, and it would be impossible to clean.Finally, here is a well designed humidifier. The water can be filled from the top; the entire top comes off. All parts within can be removed for cleaning, including the funnel where the water shoots up after the water is atomized by the ultrasonic circle. This would have been enough, but it also comes with a sensor which will output more or less water based on the humidity level!!! Genius! Also, there are 7 light colors for anyone looking for a humidifier with a night light feature. There is also a timer for anyone who desires to set the unit to turn on and off at certain times. Finally, essential oil can be added to the trough for that special scent to waft through the air. For myself, I will not use the essential oil feature as I foresee cleaning issues with the oil as it clings to the plastic.Now, to the cons. There is a plastic smell that is given off when the water outputs. The units I own are made with a clear, hard plastic that does not give off a smell. This plastic is a softer, cloudy white. It does not appear as sturdy as the clear type plastic with which other humidifiers are made. Also, there is an issue with the on/off touch button. It is finicky and needs to be touched at all angles to get it to work. I have not found any one spot where I can touch the button to guarantee that the unit will turn on or off. This last issue is a problem. I hope it does not mean that the item is defective in some way.At this time, I am willing to play with the on/off switch, and deal with the slight plastic smell (which I hope will dissipate) because of the fantastic design. One star off for these issues.
