Please don’t bye it, I ordered this Amazon basics room heater, it running well for two months and suddenly stop working when I want to claim my 1 year warrenty, their customer card service is really sucks, when I called customer service, first it is told that ” You have to register warrenty first ” Then I register my warrenty and it takes 3 days to register and then I apply for my warrenty, they told me to email at Amazon brand email, and now such disaster started, they told me on email it takes 7 days to process my warrenty, and till date 24 days from my complain register, and i don’t get my warrenty till date, so please don’t bye it…….

Don’t go for negative comments, if you get this in below 800 the go for it, it is worth of money, the only problem is with thermostats which Don’t allow to increase or decrease.

Only comes with 15 amps plug.
The unit comes only with 15 plug. So cannot be used in room that does not have a 15 amp plug. So was useless for me.

 As it was not working efficiently,so i returned, but exchanged product Is also with same problem.No improvement in product quality.1000 w heater is not enough to make you warm.It’s only for 30 to 50 sqft area, it’s not suitable for 10 x10 room.
