 Amazing product. Display is quite large quite similar to size of an average register so don’t worry about the size .The only thing that concerns me is the brightness of the screen,it is not that bright you can see the comparison in photos provided, you need proper lighting to use this, but still a nice alternative for rough work,given that it doesn’t affect the eyes.

Hello everyone, if you guys are looking for best digital lcd writing slate/pad then this is the best product for you.This Slate from amazon basics is really good and worth buying..i had purchased 12 inch digital slate from bestor which had average to good rating just 2 weeks ago and i was disappointed. After that i ordered this for 800rs and it came yesterday, i noticed the difference immediately and that’s why iam writing this review to help you people.1) the build quality is really solid compared to other company products, it really feels like a slate2) brightness and readability is awesome. I was in little doubt when i was ordering this. Many mentioned that brightness is not that good, but i will say its really bright (60% more) compared to what i last ordered so trust me.3) button function is accurate and of good quality4) it is very useful for kids and adults. Those who are preparing for competitive exams just like me plz go for it, its a best purchase you won’t regret5) it has 2 batteries so you won’t run out of batteries easily6) Overall its a value for money i think. I got it for 800rs so if it is in offer below 800 or 800 its a good purchase.Cons- the only downside is that the packaging was not good. It didn’t had any external covering just the product box itself, which upset me.

Good to play with, but could have some more useful features
This is a low cost and no frills graphic tablet which is a good toy to play with. But there could have been some more features added to make it more user friendly.The positives:1. Low Price: I got this for a steal from Amazon, which was offering a big discount.2. Light Weight: It’s slim and light weight. Just like a cardboard piece.3. Good Quality: The stylus is easy to hold and it feels smooth on the pad surface.Good to have:1. A glow in the dark / night mode feature would have been good, or maybe a light to illuminate the screen in low light, night time. I tried this pad when the lights were off, thinking that the shiny green color would shine in the night. But I could hardly see anything.2. No last step undo button: There is an erase button which does erase the complete drawing. There could also have been added a button to just undo the last step you drew, instead of removing the entire thing. This could save a lot of trouble.3. I’m also not clear if this pad can be recharged or have it’s battery replaced.No negatives from my side, as I haven’t found any till now.I might be asking for too much, since this is a basic no-frills electronic pad. But the makers should try and make a note to make this product more interesting.

In trying to save packaging costs, delivery is getting compromised.
After returning the first consignment where the shipping box arrived in an open state, the replacement had a similar shipping box compromised.Not surprised that the slate had a deep dent making that portion of the product unusable!Further, the contrast between what one writes and the background is not too high, leading to reduced readability.I guess the product is CHEAP for that reason.So, caveat emptor.
