Pretty Flimsy
Metal rods are of good quality, but all the plastic parts are extremely flimsy. Rope keeps slipping out of the pulley while lowering or raising the lines.I don’t expect this product to last very long.

Overall good product with minor niggles
Overall a value for money product being Amazon Basics as expected.Ropes are long enough and steel pipes are decent not very strong/ heavy but decent qualityPipes are exact length and overall design is practical and goodThere are a few niggles though1) the plastic stoppers for ropes are not strong plastic quality and look flimsy. Further they are undersized to swallow the knot on the ropes completely. Looks bad to the discerning eye2) Pulleys are not all rolling smooth. This causes the rod to tilt due to pulley frictions. Had to work on 2 Pulleys to make them roll smooth. Had already installed the hanger and did not want to incur twice installation cost so got it fixed and did not go for replacementIf the quality control was better would have rated it higher.

Worthless. High price poor quality.
Worthless. High price poor quality. The steel is very light and the tech took almost 45 min to install.When I pull it down, its level and alignment get messed up. I have to be very careful.
