Alexa 4th generation is working fine
The product is good. Audio quality is good. Little loud as compared to 5th generation. You will find a LED clock in the device. I was interested to buy 5th generation with clock, but in India 5th generation is not coming with clock, thats why forced to buy 4th gen..

Everything’s good in it, only the bass is decent, not that good.
 Bass quality is not that good, it’s decent. And the name of the song we tell , sometimes, it doesn’t understand…. Everything’s good and fine. Recommended if you don’t like deep bass. Like the bass is not that bad.

Worst product, Not recommended
I am writing this review after using approx 2 months.I have multiple generation of alexa but I think this 4th generation with clock has lot of issues some of them are described belowIssues1.)Sound is really low when connected with Bluetooth2.)most of the time it doesn’t understand our question and play something else3.)It take substantial time (4-5 minutes ) in resuming after power cut4.)songs recommendation is poor ,5.)after playing few songs sometime it says this is the last song but I think it should have numerous songs of one singer6.)I have both Amazon prime and jio saavan but it doesn’t work properly with Jio saavan and Amazon music doesn’t have good collection of songsOverall I’m not satisfied with this generation of alexa

Everything is good except connectivity
I like sound quality but connecting to wifi is the biggest problem. I don’t know about other unit but my unit is very poor in connectivity
