Good Component . But thickness is very low and hence very flexible. Thickness can be increased for better solid fitting with the both end pipes. –

Very good compact size for suitable fitting above the false ceiling.In product specification properly all dimensions were mentioned w.r.t. picture ,hence it was very helpful to buy the product for our space reference measurement suitability.Very good time of installation service post delivery. ( Within 24 hrs generally).Only thing we have to observe product quality and life with ongoing time period.

Product looks good works fine as a normal product. Didn’t see any improvement in heating fast, it will take nearly 10 min for 15 liter. Again you will pay 1100 more. The installation needs better people understanding product. Just fixed it somehow. It neeeds very deep and big size two hole to fit this. It will be better with two more.

Pathetic Product Worst Customer Service
Don’t be fooled by a western sounding name. These guys have the worst products.1. They officially say that the hot water from a 25 litre geyser is actually 11 litre only because they don’t want to send a technician to repair2. They are happy to announce thatin Goa temperature of 33deg their geyser takes 55 minutes to heat and actually it takes 70 minutes. Wow!3. If you are a customer in Goa they have a service company called V2 which gets so annoyed if you complain that they don to send technician and can close the ticket themselves.So zero customer support for a pathetic Product. What more can you ask for.
