Very nice product. Installation was bit difficult process. But the geyser is safe and does it job very well as expected. This is not a instant heating geyser and I did not ask for one either. This one fulfil my needs. Extra charges for steel braided water pipes, but that is understandable.

Unprofessional and Unfair Service Policies !!
The AO Smith installation team never contacted me after the product delivery. ð¤¦ââï¸So, after inquiring about the same through the customer care helpline, the service representative informed me that my area was outside their service range and I would need to pay their technician’s visiting charges from the nearest service center. ð¤Therefore, the total installation charges were:- Rs. 400 (Installation charges as mentioned in the product description)- Transportation charges for the technician ( around Rs. 2.5 per kilometers to and fro. Which was around Rs. 500 + for me.)- Plus you need to pay for Pipes, Valves, etc as they are not included in the product. ðSo, in total the installation charges are more than Rs. 1500. Which is completely absurd and not mentioned in the product description. ð¡Also, everytime after installation you need to pay the technician visiting charges in case of any warranty claim or similar complaints. Which is also not mentioned in the product description. ð¤They provide free installation and free visits if you are under their service region and start charging for everything if you are outside it. ð¤¬Please don’t consider AO smith for its abusive, absurd and unfair product policies. #UnfairPractices #CustomerBeware ð«

The installation was done with utmost care. All was planned properly. The geyser is making lot of sound during heating compared to racold geyser which I have in other bathroom . Otherwise the product looks sturdy and working as expected.
