After six months of using this, it continues to deliver clean and decent-tasting water. The unit is user-friendly, and adjusting the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels is straightforward. However, there are some drawbacks that might affect long-term satisfaction.Pros: – Easy to Use – Decent Water Taste: The water tastes clean and fresh, with no noticeable aftertaste. – Easy TDS Adjustment: Changing the TDS value is hassle-free; just pop open the front panel and use a screwdriver to adjust nobe to your preference.Cons: – Water Wastage: The purifier tends to waste more water than expected, which can be a concern. – One-Year Filter Lock: The filters come with a one-year lock, meaning you canât use the purifier without replacing them after a year. Some type of filters also have a counter based on the amount of water processed, which further restricts usage. – Intense Light Indicators: The light indicators are quite bright, to the point where they can be distracting. We ended up using tape to cover them to reduce the glare.

It’s a Nice product from Euroka forbes, and only the thing is regular follow up for installation needed, I called them nearly 5 ,6 times but they installed within 3 days after purchase… Thanks Euroka forbes team…

The product is nice. However the installation was delayed as no person from Eureka Forbes tried to contact for installation. Installation was done after complaints done on Amazon. Eureka Forbes customer complaint only escalates matter and does not provide surety for installation on the day of complaint.
