Like the larger capacity. Good mist

 First of all, if you bought this product for a humidifier with multiple selection of lights and a large capacity, then you won’t be disappointed. I’ve used it for 3 months and the lights still works perfectly. You can fill it with enough water that will last you for at least a day.However, if you wanted a quiet device, you’ll probably be disappointed eventually by loud noises coming from the motor. At first, it was just as quiet as advertised. But loud noises started coming from the motor after using it for about 1 month. Sometimes, the noises stopped after I switched it off and on again multiple times. But after 3 months, this method stopped working.I decided to stop enduring the noises and contact ASAKUKI customer service instead. First, they asked me for a video of the product making the noises and my Amazon SG order number. After that, they informed me that they believed the “inner accessory” to be damaged, and that since it was still within its 1 year warranty period, they could send me a new one without me having to return this damaged device back to them.Unfortunately, after I’ve sent them my address, they replied to tell me that they had encountered a “limitation of reissue channels”, so they can’t reissue products directly to customers. This was suspicious, because they should have already known whether or not they could reissue products, and they chose to say this after I’ve sent them my address. And now, this company have my name and address.Anyway, they then offered me a full refund to buy a new one. The email exchanges took 2 days over a weekend, which is surprising since customer services usually take the weekend off. I received a full refund to my bank account about 4 days after Amazon SG confirmed the refund on Monday afternoon.So, good work to the customer service for their prompt replies and actions. I’m giving 2 stars to this product for the working lights and humidifier function, subtracting 1 star for the loud noises, adding 1 star for the prompt actions by the customer service, subtracting 1 star for their suspicious behavior, and adding 1 more star for the advertised “100% Risk Free Purchase” stated on the product page.Ultimately, I did get back my money and got 3 free months of usage out of this purchase. It would have been worse if it had started making loud noises after the 1 year warranty was over. And no, I didn’t buy a new one of this with the money that I got back. For one, I initially bought it for a discount and it’s currently back up to full price. Also, I have no interest in buying a humidifier that would only last 1 year.Lastly, my suggestion for anyone who’s looking to buy this product is to go with something else instead, unless you’re deaf and live alone. No offense to anyone who’s physically disabled, but in those cases, the loud noises will never bother them, making this humidifier just as good as advertised.
