Disappointing Experience with Automberg Wall Fan Purchase
I recently purchased an Automberg wall fan, thinking its premium features would be a great addition to our home. However, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing.When the fan was delivered, I arranged for a technician from Urban Company to install it, which cost me â¹300. Initially, the fan showed some issues while starting, but eventually, it workedâonly to stop functioning completely within four hours.I contacted Amazon for a issue faced they suggest to place for refund, which they approved. However, when I inquired about the installation charges and the additional â¹300 I would have to pay for uninstallation, Amazon refused to cover these costs, stating that they do not compensate for third-party services.While Amazon refunded the fan quickly, the refusal to cover the installation and uninstallation costs is frustrating. This experience serves as a caution for othersâbe aware that Amazon will not cover any third-party service charges, even if the product turns out to be faulty. I have to bear the loss of 600 and lost trust in atomberg company .Hope company looks in this part too .

Tilt downward
This is a wall fan . Good technology . Good finish. Light weight . But , at a height of 7 ft , the fan needs to be tilted downward . The mechanism does not allow downward tilt to get locked in desired position . Frustrating .Sorry to returnNOT RETURNINGEXCELLENT SERVICE . Issue resolved to full satisfaction.My mistake , fan shoukd be assembled fully to make tilt mechanism work . LEARN SOMTHING NEW !ð
