Superb product
Totally love it. I am writing this review after using it for 2-3 months…I did not find any extra sound as mentioned in other reviews. Was able to grind smooth idli batter, dry spices n wet chutneys including coconut chutney. Also..it’s 1 speed is quite low than other mixers…which is very beneficial wen grinding hard things.

Machine is excellent for functioning. Small, handy, lots of accessories. Max number of kitchen chores can be done with help of this machine.DrawbacksVessels of plastic material …. Too thin and very delicate to handle.Always be cautious of breakage by even small fall.Due to same reason costing is inappropriate. Even after discounted price I feel the cost should have been lesser.

It is very good and handy.easy to operate only one thing needs to improve is the slicer blade.it is not working properly as per my requirement.The cable should be longer.

I received the main processing bowl in cracked condition What is the point of a food processor without that one ? It will be just a costly mixie. It is such a hassle to even to think of returning the whole product with these many componets once you open it . Again there may be a chance to receive another one which may have again some other defect. On top of it , you will have to call customer service for returning this .I dont know why especially during return window. I had literally wait on the call for 2 hrs. Worst experience with the product delivered.
