Basic machine that does the job well
There are some negative reviews of this product. However, one must understand how to properly use an espresso machine (using ground coffee versus using soluble coffee) and should have the right expectations vis-a-vis the price one is paying.Except for the steel mesh and the water container, the product is made out of plastic, which is of good quality and has a matte finish, giving it a premium look. It is very easy to clean, appropriate in size, and extremely easy to use. The carafe is small and makes 4 small cups of coffee (~250ml). Takes around 5 minutes to prepare 2 cups of cappuccino.

Don’t Recommend this product
Considering that this product is from Black & Decker, I expected much better build and overall quality. This Coffee Maker is made from what feels like cheap plastic. It is unable to brew coffee properly because (I feel) of a poor boiler. I have tried very coarse coffee grind to moderately ground coffee and have not been able to get a decent cup of coffee. This maker just generates a lot of steam that escapes from the top and not brewed coffee. The lid gets dangerously hot as compared to competing products. Overall, this product is very disappointing!P.S: I have been using similar coffee makers for at least 10 years. I have tried Prestige, Morphy Richards and Delonghi and they were all better than this product initially. Unfortunately, all of these coffee makers lasted about a year after which the boiler gave up despite descaling regularly.

Working good so far only one month oldBut the service center is far away it is difficult for a senior citizen like me to go that far to give and collect the same. So I want to return for the same . The companyâs name also is mimicking Famous Black& Decker

Coffee at its best ð
I am reviewing it after one month of using the product. Its absolutely wonderful, easy and it makes best coffee i have ever had, it hardly takes a minute and the coffee is ready. It is a must buy product, the coffee tastes wonderful. Now we have coffee anytime we want, thanks to black + decker.

Bad Product Quality
Purchase the item based on the brand and the product quality plastic is bad… Inside the water compartment it’s smell after a single use inspite of opening the lid for drying. Not worth the price.
