I feel this is an excellent toaster. Makes crispy toasts in less than 2 minutes. This is my first purchase of brand “Black & Decker”. Detailed review (kindly decide as per your thinking what is advantageous or not) -1. Very light weight.2. Design different than others (Only Khaitan has almost similar).3. Made in China (just 1 week usage but I didn’t found it to be any inferior).4. Buttons for frozen bread, reheat & cancel (not used these functions yet).5. Knob to inc. /Dec. Level of heating. (level 2 gives crispy, just right brownish toast).6. Easy to remove & clean crumb tray.7. Plug is 5amp, strong, good length wire.It is doing very well its meant job. Making toasts, don’t know any other usage. If any pls let me know too.Packing was good as usual & shipping fast. Got it an excellent lightning deal that I feel no other online / offline store can give. Reason why I love Amazon XOXO.One thing that made me a little worried – Warranty card was blank. We get fully filled, stamped from offline stores, when we buy any appliance, but I feel invoice will TC of needful. Hope that’s not required. Let’s see.Conclusion : Recommended

Everything in this product is good except the usermanual whichis not in sync with product buttons
Product is good. However the user manual button position & Description do not match with the buttons available on the toaster. This a serious lapse in total quality.

Good design, right price
As always, did a little search to identify a good quality product at the right price, and glad with this decision.It is designed well, looks even better I think when you actually see it. Works as described. The front facing buttons is a good layout. Aesthetically very pleasing. And yes, as I said priced very reasonably– not overpriced for what it offers. It came well packaged in layers of bubble wrap.

Faulty Toaster: Noisy and improper toasting
The toaster is very nice looking but weâve have problems ever since it was delivered. First it was noisy. That was sorted with great difficulty because the technician did not come on one call. Then it stopped heating. That was sorted with great difficulty again. Now the toast is not toasty: bread browns quickly and the toast is soft.
