One of the best 1 to 1.5 ton ACs
Blue Star is the known for their quality Cooling and HVAC products. No doubt I am super happy with the performance, energy consumption and its superfast cooling.Just for the record, It cools down a room size of 140 sqft from 34 deg to 24 deg in 5 mins!Verdict:Overall very good product and reasonable installation charges (unlike one Japanese brand which cost me 10.5 k for installation!). Only thing was the young technician sent to install the ac from their service partner Cool Air in Blore, took 7 hours to get the work done and also it wasn’t quality work as I had to myself supervise at various stages. For eg., in the pic see how the 3 pin plug is fixed to the wire.

LOW QUALITY PRODUCT
I am a regular Blustar customer and for the FIRST TIME ,I have purchased a blustar 1.3ton split inverter ac from AMAZON.the installation itself took long time and after installation also,AC is not cooling the room.I have placed multiple service requests ,requested Amazon to replace the FAULTY PRODUCT ,but NO SOLUTION provided by them.the reason for delayed replacement request is because the product itself got installed late and the service centre people attended the problem AFTER 72hrs !now they are telling me the replacement window period is over.I am totally DISSATISFIED with this AMAZON PRODUCT which is FAULTY, LOW QUALITY !!now Amazon asked me to wait for 72hrs more for the customer care support.Generally for simplifying the process of buying from a shop and in trust ,CUSTOMERS go for ONLINE PRODUCT.Either Amazon or blustar company is helping in this. I DONT RECOMMEND TO BUY APLLAINCES FROM AMAZON !!!!!

Performance is fantastic
The AC is really good and it has five different modes where you can adjust the cooling temperature accordinglyâ¦The only negative part is that the installation service provided is really poor ,I would suggest to look someone outside to install the AC

Not satisfied with installer.
I have done installation from H A Refrigeration technician on 4th May 2024 ,charged Rs 2902/=.while blue star charges is Rs 802,too much unnecessary money taken by them.Please be careful before installing.But AC is too good .

Product is good but beware of installation charges
Good AC cools faster does it work properly.But be careful while placing an order the installation charges shown on Amazon is added but you will be asked to pay after installation and the installation charges changes which u never knows.It was shown to me 680+Gst but technician and the ac provider asked me to pay 1400rs which is double the value displayed on Amazon.
