The second day we received ac i raised complaint on Amazon but there was no action from seller. Not even a call back. The coil of the ac was damaged. Now not even a month n a is not cooling properly. Still there is no update ontge complaint. Poor Quality n waste of money

The Product description says 80 Months Comprehensive warranty which the Bluestar Authorised Service Centre installation denied but then i reached out to Amazon where they have give in writing the assurance that they will take care of the default in future. Bluestar AC is a deal at this price. Got 5% Amazon pay cash back as well. The noise is somewhat more but that is due to the increase airflow. It looks a decent buy

Unreliable product
The electrical kit responsible for transmitting signal to compressor stopped working after 1.5 months. So no more cooling, only fan was working. Replacement without warranty would cost about 8000 rupees. If I’m facing such issues within 1.5 months, I duuno what I’ll be facing once warranty period ends after 1 year.
