We order this 1 ton 5 star wifi ac model IC512YNURS on 5th and got delivered on 8th April. Installation was scheduled on 10th by Blue Star but the technician never showed up and the number given to contact they never answered. I had to call Amazon and Blue Star multiple time got it escalated and finally the tech showed up 13th April.Unit got delivered without any damage both IDU and ODUI also purchased an Inverter ac stabilizer VGuard 4150I incurred total of 2500 for the Installation charges and it’s breakup belowStand 1000Instalation 800Drain pipe 300Bracket and bolt 200Stabilizer Installation 200The technician from blue star authorized service center were very thorough and knowledgeablePros :Used core cutting machine to drill the wall which I didn’t expect, neat workUnit is compact and beautifulWifi works perfectHas lot of function in wifi app vs what I have in LG ThinQ. Worst Customer care
I am writing this review after 3 months of uses and experience is terrible. Since installation of day 1 it started creating problems, Some time compressor not started properly, some time error 6, After few days of uses fan speed is also got slow and cooling is also down day by day. Customer care is useless and no one supporting properly. Complaint many times but no resolution. Now asking me to write and email to customer care and then they respond. While I am in Delhi and such a useless service worried how they are working in smaller cities.

Good AC, value for money
The cooling is nice. The timer functionality is a bit complicated, you set up clock and set time for off. No 30 min timer like other AC.Apart from this everything is good. Takes max 700W on a 44C hot day to cool a ground floor room.

After installing the AC, the AC did not start working. And even after following up for 10-15 days, Blue Star did not replace the AC. Also, their respective representative did not pick up the call. Totally disappointed with Blue Star after sale service.

Service for installation is not good as purchase generates installation request from blue star and cancels latter by asking service completion OTP which is actually app otp and they cancel blue star service request instead completing it.Do check all material and check if all installed or not like water pipe, rubber rings etc
