The product is nice.Sound quality is also beautiful.But within 1 year I have to show it to the service centre.The problem is sounds fluctuation in both the earbudsThe left is totally on the right one is partially working.

Serves the purpose
LikeServes the purpose.Decent sound. I don’t listen to songs but only watch movies sometimes and mostly use for online lectures and it works perfectly fine.There are 2 extra pair of earbuds in the packageWhen I ordered 3 years back it had a charging cable but recently I ordered in end of July 2024 the USB C charging cable was missing.It usually don’t charge for 2 hours but rather 10 minutes and it gives sufficient amount of battery.My usage involves watching constant video online and calls so it’s working smooth enough.I bought for 1190 approx.DislikeThe recent one I bought has a problem with ear adjustment gear. It does not fit in my ear anymore and it seems loose. This was not the case earlier.

Good neckband with some flaws
The neckband is great, battery lasts about 1.5 days, no issues with audio.But there are some improvements that could be made.1. That Google’s find my device thing is very poorly integrated, its gives random popups on your phone and doesn’t work properly.2. There is no proper for stopping the rubber that goes over your ear to get lost it gets loose and gets lost from the neckband, I also have same thing in many earphones, but they are locked/stopped in place due to their design and they don’t get detached from the headphone.3. Brand should provide some extra rubber grips as they get detached very easily without you noticing.
