Do not buy it.
It works for a year and a half. Then it stops locking for toasting (does not lock for pop-up). I made a complaint. The technician came. Opened the sensor, cleaned it and it started working. After two days it again stopped. Mind it, we have been using other pop-up toasters for nearly four decades now and none gave such problems. That means, we know how to keep the toaster clean and remove the bread crumbs daily after use. Looks like there is a flaw in the design of Borosil toaster. It’s sensor is located close to the toasting area and bread crumbs deposit on it. This is inside and you cannot clean without calling a technician. On my fourth complaint, the sensor was changed. It is working now – not sure for how many days. The warranty expires in about a fortnight and then I have the option of buying a new one than to pay charges to Borosil for a bad product.Secondly, the stainless steel cover gets very hot and you run the risk of burning your hands. Overall impression : Frustating experience for a small product. Go for other superior brands.

Nice for minor usage
Very valuable and nice product for my daily usage, because gets me the mostly required four slices done. This is my personal review some might have many slices to toast even then its a good choice for domestic and small street vendor outlet usage.

Worst quality
Worst product. In one year already stopped working twice. After sales service also pathetic. Takes 10 to 12 days for repair. Will never buy this product again

I bought this product in Feb 22 through Cloudtails. It was working okay but from the last 6 months, it start giving variations in temperature, toast started BURNING ð¥ or EXTRA CRISP DESPITE ON THE NO 1 or 2. Now THEY COMES OUT BURNT ONES EVEN ON NO 1.. At this cost, not worth buying… ðð¥²I complained about 10 days ago, 1 technician visited and after checking said PCB Burnt 𥵠will need a replacement. Okay it will be done in next 48 hours. Still waiting after 7-8 days, they are not even responding to your calls… really bad … one should not buy such expensive toasters, local one is better, use & throw.. ð³ð¤ð¥²ð¥²

After much review of the item, I though of going with this product. Read much negetive product review so I was a bit afraid to order. But I ordered, and got the item delivered. It’s really a good product. Look is absolutely beautiful. Very smart look. Heating is perfect with 7 level heating feature. Re-heat option, Defrost option makes this product much unique. It’s a value for money item I recommend it to buy you will love it.

Pros – 1. Very Good toaster. It can make bread slices ultimate crispy. 2. 4 slices ready at the same time. 3. Downside tray for cleaning.Cons -1. No upper cover available. You will have to cover it with some towel.2. Seller sent product in non bubble, brown paper wrap3. No sturdy packing used by seller.
