Product Review Borosil 48Prima
 Product Review :It’s been 2 years since I am using this oven. We bought in Jan 2022 and here is my review about it :Looks good, sturdy and lit Chamber makes it better🔸For cakes and other soft bakes it’s good and you need to use temperature little on higher side. It’s a perfect buy for this purpose.🔸Concave back wall is a feature which I liked along with convection heating🔸For breads particularly this model is not ideal as having low temperatures till 230c only , look for the models having higher temperatures like 250c for breads . So better to buy 60ltr of Borosil for both breads and cakes.

bad experience
this is the 5th oven ordered through amazon and all ovens received dented…and then having to return them has been a daunting experience. This oven the temperatures were off…the bake mode provided by the company is bottom rod…preheated oven at 180 degrees and temperature went to 220…it does not even give you full temperature of 230 degrees…the other modes it does not even preheat to 230 degrees…and to preheat at 180 you have to put the temperature dial too 210….now some people may not even know that these kinds of issues happen with oven or there is something called an oven thermometer…but they will wonder then why cakes are getting burned at 180 …its quiet obvious from the story that the reason is temperatures are off.now comes the fun part…it is my humble request to all buying on amazon that do not tell them the truth why you returning it..even if there is a dent or its broken etc etc because the pickup guys are going to give you so much of trouble…they will refuse to pick it up coz they need to verify…their understanding of verification is that this is the picture shared with them on mobile is the way its supposed to look this is the condition they need to pick it up in..because for all expensive items they will ask you the reason and if you say its damaged…they will not pick it up…they will tell you first tell amazon to remove picture of verification. Even if amazon has clearly mentioned that the oven needs to be picked up…they will not even bother to open it and verify…because if they take the oven as is and when its submitted and checked and it comes out as damaged…the pick up guy will have to pay fine….but customers money is getting wasted who cares?so its all a trap basically …reason being how does a customer know where and how the product got dented which could be during handling of product which is obvious but they will not take the blame for it…..simple answer is this is how the prodcut was given to us this is how we delivered it….then why so much of a problem to pick it up when it comes out damaged? coz simple answer is money will go out of their pocket but peoples hard earned money is been made a joke off is of no ones concern.so i am guessing this is a problem of quality check before sending out products…because if someone had taken the pains to pack it properly where was the issue of receiving damaged products..but amazon will not fail to send you mail stating that ” we have checked your account activity,we see way to many returns are been made,next time we will recharge you”

Good Product overall..
I have given 4 stars because the delivery of the product, the first time it came with dent inside but packaging outside was good, had to ask replacement and it came good.The quality of the OTG is good, we did try the Tikka and whole chicken in rotisserie mode both came out awesome!! The temperature control knob alone works free flow than other two knows, this made me to speculate whether I setup right temperature or not but surprisingly it worked. The panels around gets hotter when in use so be careful when having kids around doing the baking.The overall build quality could be bit strudier the panels around the OTG is lighter and any light mishandling could introduce dents.

Temperature control problem
The only reason I bought this oven was its highest temp limit. To my surprise it does not cross 190 degrees (that to when you switch off the fan). Highly disappointed with the brand. It looks amazing though
