Extremely poor customer service support
Ordered the machine in July 2023. Was set up as promised. Worked fine till Jan 2024. Thereafter it stopped working. On switching on the machine and setting up any program, the timer winds down to 0 and the program doesnât start. Contacted customer care on 15 Jan 24. Technician visited on 19 Jan 24. Unable to resolve issue. Till date, despite repeated calls, no status about the query. Machine was fine till it was working fine. However, customer support is awful. Go for LG which has better after sales service.

Caution: When powered on, appliance body conducts electricity.
Right out of the box, on connecting to electric outlet, the metallic parts of the appliance gave an electric shock. Unfortunately the installer (under guidance of his managers on phone) was focussed on trying to convince us that the shock would “go away” if we used an electric outlet that had been earthed as well.Our attempts to explain effect of shorting “live” with “earth” were brushed away as well. This is concerning as- customers without a technical background maybe taken advantage of- lack of a basic QA check as part of manufacture in Turkey, could indicate compromised quality processesAfter waiting 5 days after delivery for the installation, such an experience for an apparent top-of-line product was underwhelming.Awaiting the return after initiating the return request as soon as installer was bid farewell.
