It is working well smoothly and quietly. This is the lowest price model, but works very well with no issues. Straight & zig zag function is enough for me. Received warranty card without sellers name on it, but customer service of Brother India told me by email that the machine is still eligible for 2 years warranty.

Post sell service is very very poor. They will never come to attend the problem.
After 7 or 8 months of purchasing it started giving trouble. I could not solve the problem. In this month I contacted service centre, they told me not possible to attend the problem by sending mechanic as I bought it online. On the other hand, service center is 120 kms away from my location.
