I like the Bruno product and it is not selling in North America. It arrived within the expected schedule. It is during pandemic, so I am happy to receive something in Japan while I cannot travel.

I use it to steam rice and various dishes roughly twice a week, each time for 40mins on High. This is a steamer, and I’m exactly using it to steam my food. I noticed a belly forming from the distorted plastic about 3,4 weeks into using, tried to continue using. Tonight, I was steaming rice again and it broke! only 2 months into use, I expected much more from Bruno.

When I opened it, it didn’t look new, there were a lot of scratches. It could be a product that someone returned.
