Bad experience.. pls do not buy
The product is v good.. looks nice. But it broke while cleaning. The glass shattered completely. Iâve posted a pic. It can be v dangerous. I cut my hand v badly. I have stuck it with cello tape and using it. I called the butterfly gas to replace the glass. I waited for 3 weeks and waiting. But they do not respond to my calls. Now they have stopped picking my phone. The after sales service is very very poor. I contacted mr Pradeep and mr Saravana from butterfly but they are not helpful at all. Very dissatisfied with this brand. They said that you have bought it online.. so they are not supposed to repair or replace. Bad experience. Iâll never buy butterfly gas stove.

Worst experience and service
We bought this 4 burner glasstop in Jan 2024. Within 6 months the glass broke. Fortunately it was not while cooking or else my parents would have got physical injuries. There was a loud noise with shattering glass and the kitchen was full of scattered glass pieces. The response from the company was they will provide a replacement. No person came and ever tried to enquire the problem . The service centre people Re the worst. Sri e service station, Vijayawada. From day one the reponse is rude and they didnât even deliver the replacement stove. They asked us to bring the shattered glass stove and take the replacement stove. During the replacement they were such hopeless that they didnât even give the card box saying that they have to send the shattered stove back to the company. Worst worst experience with both butterfly and the service centre. No one ever buy their product and take all this risks. Not even A apology from the company or their persons. Even when there is an interruption of internet services they will apologise for the inconvenience. What if there are any physical injuries who will be responsible. I donât even want to give a star also

I bought this for 2229 in normal deal. 4 burner for this price is good deal. Any one wants to buy then wait for few days and observe. Normal days they are reducing price and during deals time like aug,diwali they are increasing prices.
