Rainwater leakage due to improper installation and the copper pipe was not wrapped
I recently purchased a Carrier AC, and while I am satisfied with the performance of the unit itself, I encountered significant issues with the installation process.Product Performance:The AC unit is functioning well and meets all my cooling needs effectively. Itâs efficient and has been performing as expected in terms of temperature control and energy consumption.Installation Issues:However, the installation experience was far from satisfactory. There were several critical problems:Rainwater Leakage: Due to improper installation, rainwater has started to enter my home through the copper pipe. This has caused water damage to the wall and poses a risk of further issues if not addressed promptly.Lack of Copper Pipe Wrapping: The copper pipe was not wrapped as it should have been, which likely contributes to the water leakage issue. Proper insulation is crucial to prevent condensation and protect the wall.Request for Reinstallation:Given the issues mentioned, I kindly request a priority reinstallation to correct these problems. I believe this will prevent further damage to my home and ensure the AC unit operates safely and efficiently.Conclusion:While the AC unit itself is commendable, the installation service fell short of expectations. Nice AC, Supercool
I am writing review after usage of two months and so far working excellent. It have 6 different modes and each mode gives awesome cooling in the month of may when outside temperature is 40-44 degree Celsius, I am living at top floor of my apartment and really its working good.The only thing I didnt like its remote, specially when operating in the dark there are so many buttons and light on the screen also glows and goes dark with in a second, its hard to see what mode is on, so be ready to turn flash light of your mobile on to see remote screen in dark 🙂

Great product but flexicool comes with a condition.
It works great but only problem is flexicool technology does not work if temperature is not so hot..If you feel like temperature is cool outside and you want to turn on flexicool 1 which is .8 ton then you will not be able to do that..This is the negative part of this ac you guys should know before order..No one in the company even know about this problem, neither customer care nor technician.

Writing this review after using in full phase after 2month.1. It’s a common know brand bt its comes from heavy industries.2. If your budget slightly tight thn this carrier ac would be best choice for it.3. My one is 1.5ton 5star, for this model daily 8hr of useage current bill from cesc is 1000rs for ac only for 26c temperatures.4. This carrier ac can chill the 150sqf room just 40minits if you at 23c temperatures.5. No issu from cooling capacity. But duble cheked at the installation time for the vacuum, it must. If vacuum not done for the first time installation then it doesn’t cool your room after doing 17c temperatures for the 2hr.6. Totally vallue for money product if you buy it at the price range from 35k to 41k.7. Remote have backlight for the dark room oparation.8. Product is mind blowing bt installation persons are not good.9. Castomar support are awesome, always ready for serving and taking care of your products.

Worst customer support
Bought a 1.5T split AC. Water started leaking in the indoor unit within a day of use. Came to know that chasis was broken. Customer service got it replaced after many requests. Then within 1 month of use, fan motor broke down. Customer service registered complaint twice. Still waiting for repair. It has been 1 month and still waiting. Customer service automatically closes the complaint after few days mentioning that it was repaired. I wonder if at all they will repair the AC. Last resort is to file a complaint in consumer court. Avoid carrier if you can afford other brands.
