Best in quality
Performance is awesome, value for money, look is super cool, Service is best same day installation, for energy efficiency there is e-saving, auto mode for both fan and thermostat,temperature I think it will hanlde at the best, it can cool even by 27c easily.

Terrific service provided by carrier. They had it installed on the same day that it was delivered to me. It was a massive respite in the heat and I can’t thank them enough for quick installation. The AC works really fine and I haven’t had any issues so far. The remote could possibly have a backlight or night display but I will let this shortcomings pass since every other thing about it is A1.

This is very worst company and never purchase ac of this brand.Reason:Current is coming in acSound issue.Cooling issue.Main reason, service is very poor because service engineer is very unprofessional who will never solve ac problem but always told to you ac is okay…So bhai log this is my experience and request to all of you do not purchase…..Thanks,P.  Purchased as per review and self discision became a worthyone however issue of fitment arised but done by company after complaint & did care my urgency.till today okay, improve your service to customers@amazon…After one month of use , cooling okay overall Satisfaction but bit noisy.

AC is good but no after sales support. Service centre is very slow to reply. Buy only if you know ac mechanics to fix issues.

High cooling power with high power units consumption.
 I have 3 star version of this window ac. It has good cooling Performance but also consumes very high units of power. Generally it takes upto 10-15 each night if used for upto 7 hours between 24-27. It’s delivery was terrible as staff did not delivered it to my second floor and left it at ground floor. Noise was minimal at start but after almost a month it has started to come, I hope it doesn’t increase with time. Remote has no lights for night use and no mobile app or IR app is compatible with this model. Wifi is also not available in this model. Every power cut it forgets my settings and a stabilizer is a must for this ac. I received no call for its installation and had to call carrier and Amazon for 3 days to get it installed. Service guys charged me extra more than 750 mentioned for getting it installed on metal window.
