Pathetic experience
I have had a pathetic experience with this product. The water leaked from the container right from the first use. After inspecting, I found that they have pasted the base of the container with glue and itâs not pasted properly which led to water leaking. I suggest other buyers to not buy it as the pasting the base with glue is a fundamental design flaw and it can never be fixed. I made a mistake of buying it and donât want others to make the same mistake hence posting this review. On top of that, they donât accept return so once you bought it, you are stuck and only request for replacement but canât return.

Does what it’s supposed to do
I was suffering from bouts of dry skin, family members were having hair fall and dry hair due to harsh Pune summers, overall the air was always dry. But since I’ve bought this humidifier we have seen massive improvements in air quality, better skin and hair and overall nicer feel in the room.It’s quiet big but it can be used as a decorative piece as well. You can switch off the ambient light but I like it at night as a night lamp. I’ve been using it almost round the clock and it works fine, just be mindful to keep some ventilation with the window or door so that it doesn’t become uncomfortable.Refilling is easy and 2.2 litres will probably last you a day on full volume or more depending on you use it.I would recommend this for everyone looking to add something which will provide you and your family members wellness and better quality of life.

Silent operation, auto cut off in case of low water level, works well with aromatic oils too and a decent product appearance.The only disappointing thing is its colour changing light which i personally didn’t like.The appliance comes in parts so one has to assemble before use.But overall satisfied with purchase along with customer service for availing warranty service, if req.

diffuser is good for very small space
the diffuser looks very good, occupies less space, but may be good for only small space like 8×10 ft/ .it was not very effective as diffuser or humidfier is a room more than 100 sq feet

Excellent design and works really well.
The product has been beautifully designed and it would like a show piece wherever you decide to place it. Humidifiers are really useful as they help to increase the indoor humidity levels. This is really needed in places where humidity levels are very low. I stay in Bangalore and most of the year humidity is pretty low except during the monsoons. The product works very well and delivers a cool fine mist which you can increase or decrease. There is also a night light inbuilt which you can turn on/off. Overall its a fabulous and much needed product and if you are looking for a humidifier I would highly recommend this product.

Stopped working within one month
it was working good, but suddenly stopped working and amazon have 10 days replacement warranty. so they refused to take it back after 30 days. than i reach out to manufacture through customer service and replaced my humidifier by sending to them through courier by paying some extra bucks. that was not refundable. after the received my device the did inspection and send me another working humidifier.
