This is my first experience with the company.one filament got damaged within a month of purchase, not even a season has passed yet and the condition of the other one is also similar. It is possible that the other one will also get damaged. The main part of the heater equipment is the filament itself which is under warranty by the company. Filament is not replaced. This filament is of worst quality used.ðð

Budget friendly room heater.
I think this probably the best budget friendly room heater tou can get in the market. Previous experience with room heater was awful for me, so i was bit of nervous at the time of making the order, but now after using this for daily from past 1 and half month i can say, it’s awesome.

Good at this price range. But if crompton wants to improve then they can improve by adding good quality plastic material, because the plastic they using are melting day by day in my case .
