I’ve purchased this product in 2022 and the heater stopped working after 1.5 years. When I tried to reach out Crompton service team, they will raise a request to repair and without any actions they will close request. In spite of having warranty, I was unable to get help from Crompton service.

Small, cute, but with flaws
It is not an “instant” water heater, but a small geyser. It actually suits the small bathrooms nicely. The water heats up quite rapidly due to the small storage. Within about 4-5mins it gets hot. However, as the storage capacity is small, only that much hot water can be taken out. In that way it can not be used for direct shower. We don’t use it for that. Hence, no problem.Our unit got dead already twice within the warranty period. First time we got a technician after about 7 days of complaint. He came in and repaired the unit in about 15min. It seems that this problem is well known to them.Going to book for the second time tomorrow.
