very dissapointing
I live in India and since I had previously used a Cuisinart I sent for this from the USA and that in itself was expensive. But since i had used the older one before I thought it was going to be a similar solid product. The weight of the machine is half the weight of the older sturdier machine. It vibrates a great deal despite the suction cups. There are only 2 speeds what it claims to be low and fast. The low is so fast that all the liquid sputters out of the machine! The Fast is incredibly fastI would ideally like to return it. Just a HUGE disappointment at a great expense A complete Waste of money

I have had Cuisinart food processors since they first came out and loved them for years, only replacing them when I wanted a larger bowl or different features, always giving the old one away to someone I knew because they were always still working fine. The last time I did that I regretted giving my old one away because the newer models have been so unsatisfactory I found myself avoiding using them. I never understand why “engineers” mess with good design only to replace it with bad design — cost reduction, I guess. I researched other brands of processors exhaustively for literally years, and was never inspired by what I learned about them, so kept soldiering on with the Cuisinart I had come to despise. Finally, last year I saw this Cuisinart model a decided to give it a try. I have had it for a year now and can honestly say I am in love with my Cuisinart food processor again and highly recommend this model. Every time I use it I am impressed by the intricacy of the planning and modelling that went into the design to make it work so well. I did experience a learning curve, because there are some significant differences between this model and all the other Cuisinart models I have had and seen, but it works extremely well for all my tasks and, because of these design changes, it holds more liquid without leaking all over the place like other recent models.

I have owned 2 of these machines in the past and use them more than 2 times a week if not more. The capacity of this processor is the largest Iâve ever had. Very convenient when making items that have a lot of liquid. It doesnât leak! Awesome!!!

This food processor is amazing. I’ve had little to no issues with it. It works great, and I’m really glad I took the step to add this to my kitchen utensil repertoire.

I read the instructions, and washed the parts as recommended. When I assembled the product, it never turned on. I experimented with the different bowls and blades, but the motor simply doesnât work. Others have had similar issues. I ordered this to replace a smaller food processor that I had for years that finally broke. The new Cuisniart, aside from not working, has many plastic parts and doesnât look as durable. It is much more time consuming to clean and assemble than my previous one given all the bowls, stem adapter, and multiple food tube feeders. I am returning it and will purchase one from a store. It was a hassle to repackage the broken one.

I like this food peocessor, but the feed tube is small. Why have the adjustable slicing disc if thr feed tube is so small?
