Delivery was awesome, next day Delivery. That’s the reason to give 2 star. Laptop on board audio not working, tried to add a replacement, system says item not in stock. However same seller is selling that model on Amazon. Amazon arranged a technician, the person just called and try to understand the problem. With all the discussion he said he will raise a replacement order. Just stuck here. In order history service request is closed. In purchase order, I can see returned. What to do now, not sure. Many people said in review abt battery life 7 to 8 hr, it hardly give 2 hr backup. Performance is laptop is good.Called customer care and explained all thing they escalated the issue and arranged another inspection but same story, the person called me, understood the problem but denied to come and check and later updated ticket that I am not available. Now replacement window is also closed. Today rescheduled appointment let’s see what happens now?The person didn’t called me and reported that the i am unable to reach.Anyway, contacted Amazon customer care again and they said “Sorry” the return window is closed and you need to connect to Dell service center only.The team wasted my 6 day and made sure the return day crossed. Thanks @Amazon customer service. Taking back 1 * for Amazon service.

I have searched more than 2 months to choose a good laptop with my Budget.Finally found Dell laptop, which matches my requirement and most trusted brand in laptop.1. Good performance laptop at this price range for Office related works2. Speaker effect is good3. Laptop is light weight4. Battery backup is good – 4-5 hrsCons:1. Not suitable for gaming perpestive.2. Plastic quality is not upto to the mark3. Front camera clarity is not good4. No backlight option keyboard

Dell is not good laptop, whatever I experienced
This laptop is overheating which can’t be resolved by its technical support team even today.My suggestion not to purchase the dell product. Thanks

Heater
Although product is nice but it is heater. Performance not doesn’t justify price. My laptop hanged on its first use. Also it’s touchpad isn’t good. Sometimes it stopped responding at all. I am thinking of buying mouse

Pros:1. It is very fast2.Color is nice3. Feel of keys and mouse pad is very good4. Sound and clarity of picture are both best5. Battery stays for long and charges fast.6. Camera and mic are good enough.7. Grip of laptop and table is good and strongCons:1. Only 455 gb storage2. While updating the screen turns on and off3.there is no C type port4. There is no fingerprint scanner.In conclusion, performance is good enough and the value for money is ok. I would suggest this laptop to teenagers for school purposes.
