After researching a lot, decided to go with this machine. We and my wife love specialty coffee shops. Since we bought it, we drink less coffee outside. It makes beautiful coffees (of course need good beans) even the ones not preset (although you donât have option for Cortado you can still make one playing with the device). I read for some the frother is not working, however I am sure they just need to deep clean it. I was scared mine also not working after 1 month but carefully cleaned it and working like a charm. The single espresso is really creamy and has a taste like is prepared by a barista. The ones with milk are also great. Very happy with the Delonghi.
