Review From an Indian User’s Perspective
 We purchased the Robo L10s Ultra a week ago. Before buying, had several doubts, especially since the company and product are new to India. In fact, had never heard of this company. However, upon researching online, I found that the company was founded in China in 2017 and is part of the Xiaomi Ecological Chain. This information instilled some confidence to further investigate the product’s worth.Conducted my own research, compared it with similar products on the market, and established that we needed a device that excelled in mopping. Vacuuming has been well-handled by the first generation of robots, and all current brands have decent functioning bots for vacuum sweeping. However, mopping, especially in Indian conditions, is a crucial function. A bot that doesn’t mop well has a limited functional role, and mopping is a significantly more complex problem than vacuuming.Through my research, I found that bots with emptying stations that can clean the mopping pads and have rotating mopping disks are clear differentiators. Only a few companies offer this product, and they are generally 3 to 4 times more expensive than other bots. This is why we ultimately chose Dreametech.I even spoke to the customer support on the number displayed on Amazon product page. The customer support and sales responded to all my queries and also did follow-up calls with the information which they did not have. Yes, the product and team being new, they also have to guess go back and do some work to answer 🙂Post purchase of the product the installation and demo / training was done by the local support team. We are in Hyderabad and Dreame has local support person available here. When I raised the installation request, the local support contacted me back within few hours and the installation was done in our in the same day! This was actually a surprise because I was thinking that the company being new will not be able to be so swift.With usage of the product of one week, would like to list out what is good and bad.ProsAutomatic emptying system: Super handy. No need to mess around. The mopping disks get cleaned in every 200 to 300 sq feet automatically by sending the robo to the stationHigh suction power: With 5300Pa, it doesn’t miss a thing, from dirt and small objects to random bits and pieces.Smart navigation: The AI 3D tech in this robot is cool – avoids furniture and bumps like a pro.Good battery life: The battery lasts a good while and it cleans up really well. Perfect for those with big homes.Easy to use: The Dreamehome app is well-made with relevant notifications, key settings, and overrides including zone wise preferences and no-go zones, etc. It takes a while to get used to the app but once you understand, it’s very usable and functionalThere are a few downsides to mention:- When it comes to multi-floor mopping, you’ll need to turn off the self-cleaning feature for the mopping pads. That’s because you can carry the bot to another floor, but the emptying station stays put. This is definitely something that needs a solution.- The bot doesn’t seem to pick up on smaller items like wires. It steps on them and then gets stuck. I’m hopeful that the algorithm will improve over time and this issue will be sorted out.- We’ve noticed that sometimes the pads leave a white streak in certain areas.- Lastly, the bot makes a pretty loud noise while cleaning the mopping pads, which can be a bit annoying.

This is my third robot and the best of all. Lidar navigation is perfect. I like that it washes its mop pad as per my desire during cleaning, as there is an option where you can get mop pads cleaned after desirable sq ft area is cleaned.Multifloor mapping, auto washing and drying mop pads, auto cleaning dustbin, it also releases water to clean its base and later sucks up dirty water. Very low noise, my previous robots were really noisy.Over all a very good product.It cleans 460sq ft using just 30% battery, hence battery performance is also good.Over all a very good product.Only if it could climb the stairs alas 😕

Wait . Don’t buy as of now.dust bags not available yet. If you throw your dust bags after using you will be in question mark situation. As dust bags not available in the market it is difficult to use this product. Don’t use Lizol or any other detergent liquids your machine will be damaged. Service also not yet ready. So think twice before purchasing

Why does the vacuum cleaner take so long to charge? day and night and only 40% charge? It does not empty the garbage into the dust bin itself. it gets clogged with dust and everything around is covered in dust, he doesn’t throw it into a special bag.

Ho trovato questo robottino in offerta, e dopo aver visto le recensioni molto positive del modello precedente ho deciso di buttarmi sul modello nuovo che in più ha lo svuotamento del serbatoio della polvere automatico.Il prodotto è arrivato in una scatola neutra con all’interno la scatola ufficiale, ben imballato, senza nemmeno un graffio.All’Interno infatti troviamo due scomparti differenti uno con il solo robot, uno con gli accessori ed infine sotto troviamo la base. Nella scatola con gli accessori ci sono i due moci da attaccare e la spazzolina, super facile basta solamente posizionarli e si inseriscono da soli, il libretto delle istruzioni semplici e molto intuitive, il sapone da inserire della base, il cavo di alimentazione, il sacchetto di ricambio ( uno e già inserito nella base) e uno scovolino per la pulizia.L’avviamento e super rapido basta solamente togliere le parti in plastica attaccati al robot,posizionarlo alla base e accenderlo, togliere i serbatoi per inserire il sapone nel suo slot (ricordatevi di togliere tutte le protezioni),riempire il serbatoio con l’acqua pulita, scaricare l’applicazione e una volta fatta la registrazione, partirà la mappatura della casa, molto precisa e molto veloce. Ogni volta che passa, aggiornerà in maniera molto precisa la mappa.Dall’applicazione molto intuitiva ci sono numerose personalizzazioni, si può scegliere sia il tipo di pulizia del robot quindi andare a settare i parametri di lavaggio:- più acqua- aspirazione più potente- scegliere il tipo di lavaggio quindi se solo aspirazione, solo lavaggio o aspirazione e lavaggio- scegliere i giorni e l’orario nel quale il robottino deve lavare/spazzare o entrambi- funzione per i tappeti il quale ci permette di selezionare se salire sopra il tappeto oppure evitarlo, aspirarlo,aumentare la potenza e possiamo anche controllare lo stato dei vari accessori.Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, il dispositivo è molto silenzioso, tende prima a fare il perimetro della stanza che sta lavorando poi ripassa all’interno e completa la stanza, ha una capacità di raggirare gli ostacoli impressionante ed è molto intelligente nel riconoscerli (dopo qualche giorno che l’ho provato ha avuto un piccolo problema con il caricatore del telefono mi sembra parecchio strano che non l’abbia riconosciuto perché è molto preciso e ha un ottima capacità di riconoscere gli oggetti).L’aspirazione è il lavaggio è tutta tracciata tramite app riesci perfettamente a vedere quello che è già stato fatto e come, ogni tanto, quando rileva i panni sporchi oppure quando è scarico torna da solo alla base per pulirsi o caricarsi e riprende da dove aveva lasciato. La pulizia è molto veloce il robottino è molto preciso e passa in ogni punto della casa non tralascia niente, inoltre è veramente molto silenzioso, l’unico momento in cui effettivamente lo sento e magari disturba un po’ e quando raggiunge la prima stanza da lavare che alzando i rulli non viene ammortizzato dal passaggio da una piastrella all’altra ( ma questo è un problema mio che dura una manciata di secondi avendo un pavimento con delle fughe larghe).La batteria dura molto, non avendo una casa troppo grande circa una 30/40 una di m2 effettivi lavabili il robottino usa circa il 10/20% della batteria.Avendo un cane che spesso perde bave e pelo, questo robottino anche se con me da poco mi ha già cambiato la vita,i moci lavano molto bene il pavimento (cosa non banale dato che la maggior parte dei dispositivi che lavano e aspirano hanno solitamente un panno umido per la pulizia)Nel complesso è un prodotto che consiglierei vivamente a tutti, l’unica pecca è il prezzo un po’ elevato ma un acquisto da fare ad occhi chiusi.PICCOLO AGGIORNAMENTODopo diversi mesi di utilizzo devo dire che il suo lavoro lo fa impeccabilmente, lava molto bene e aspira altrettanto, ho un po’ di delusione però perché, gli ostacoli come calze e cavi non li riconosce gli va addosso e li aspira, intorciliandoli nelle spazzole e rimane lì bloccato. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più come sensore, anche perché capisco un robottino da 300€ ma si parla comunque di 1200€.
