Deebot N8 it performence is good, price are reasonable.
 Earlier I purchased, ozomo-950. It suction power& battery are super, for the last 6 months it working nicely. Now I purchased deebot N 8 to my brotherduring Valentine’s Day offer for Rs. 26000/-it performrnce regarding suction power&mopping is good. By using app. We can control suction, water for mopping & room mapping, I happy with my 2 nd purchase of deebot. From their side they asked for helping by viedio assisted installation. Abishake sir, technician is very helpful in tech. Advice. I am happy with 950 & N 8 purchases.

Awesome Product
This product takes care of vacumming needs. I have a pet at home and the amount of hair it can suck in is amazing. Running the Robo first thing in the morning can pickup quite a lot of pet hair and dust. This is on top of my maid’s sweeping and mopping in the evening.

Problems in functioning of ECOVACS DEEBOT950
I was assuming that with the replacement of these accessories the functioning of device DEEBOT950 to improve. But unfortunately the device still hangs in between – gives a message that “Please help me out” even when there is no virtual obstruction to its movements.

One of the worst after-sales service
 About 8months in use, the mop plate press down, spring got stuck and the plate, thus, could not be inserted into the body.Contacted CS Global, since it was bought from Amazon.The intnâl partner took 15 min to understand my name and email.Post call, I did not receive an email.Attempted reaching the Indian team, who thankfully gave an email id.Have been writing to them past 3weeks, with multiple phone calls, but we are far away from even step one of resolution process.This product is a one time use kind of thing, cause you just canât depend on their team for service. It has a lot of basic mechanical parts, which could turn faulty on day 1 or 200 of use.

Depending on your personal circumstances these bags can last a fair amount of time. We have two dogs and 3 kids constantly running and jumping around with each other, the vacuum is on twice a day and we rarely have to change the bags! They hold so much.
