 The product is in well packed. The noise is low so no worries. It’s feel durable and well build. The sensor and light works well. Installation was smooth and hassle free. He humbly tell us everything about how to use and take care of it later. Also customercare is so responsive. Value for money and modern looking chimney.Edit: after instalation, using 3 days, the chimney motor have a sound while starting or change fan mode. So, i replace it with the help of amazon.
