Very good quality product and even better service support
Since the purchased item has just been installed it will be a while to gaige the performance.But I found the service response from Faber team during installation outstanding and beyond expectation. They were unbelievably quick in resolving all queries. This gives huge comfort level about the product.Even though product is very good? Overall Five star rating more because of excellwnt service response from Faber.

Good budget high power chimney!
I’m using this chimney for last 3 months.Delivery- Amazon delivered this product intact as per estimated timeline.Operations- easy and simple features. Suction capacity is very good cowl blows on full speed 1050. Makes some noise at full speed but acceptable at that speed (low noise at low speed)Installation- I din’t opt for installation as I found it way expensive senseless.Installation team informed me on no drilling, extra kit for 1500/-, they would only do simple hanging and charge 800/- + taxes.I purchased wooden block for 100/-3 large screws for wooden block 15/-10 feet aluminuim Pipe with cowl 685/-Home drill and work 0/-Total self installation cost and piping 800/-Do check out Hindware Sabina 1100 as alternative as it provide piping kit along with product. With oil collection tray below motor.

After I received the Chimney. The customer care was prompt in extending service. Service engineer (don’t know his name) reached in time for inspection & took appointment. They came for installation after 1day. Though installation was free,It took 500 extra to provide a plywood plate & net for exhaust outlet. NEVER Mind.But the product was a defective one. The engineer spent sizable amount of time to fix it. & finally certified it as defective.The next botheration was to exchange it. I was little apprehensive about my purchase.However, I must thank Amazon, the rest of the process was smooth. It was got exchanged as promised.Though, this time, I did not get proactive phone call from Faber for installation. I waited for 3days after the exchange. Then called Customer Care. After 2-3 calls, the local service Centre called & scheduled the inspection call.Finally, the service engineer came on 2nd Feb for inspection. Good part is though he came for inspection & installation was scheduled for another day. But thanks to Mr Subhash Shaw, he installed the chimney the same day.It’s almost 15days..& going great.Thanks Faber team for the cooperation.Bottomline: It happens some time,buyer receives a defective product. But, the cooperation I received is good enough to go for online purchase of heavy items.

Horrible & worst chimney
No one should make mistake to go for this horrible brand.It’s been creating so much notice since the purchase, it does not exhaust proper air from kitchen.Worst part is their customer support!It’s one year warranty, when I called them and told I’m looking for the service the chimney I purchased in July-2020 where it’s Aril-2021, they say your one year warranty period has gone and hang up the call, this is their rude and unprofessional service someone can expect from them.
