HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO RELAY ON MAIDS FOR DOING DISHES. THIS DISHWASHER MAKES MUCH MORE SENSE IN TERMS OF VFM AS WELL. (LESS THAN 1500 RS RUNNING COST PER MONTH FOR 2 TIMES A DAY – INCLUDES 60-80 UNITS OF ELECTRICITY, SALT 200 RS, RINSE SHINE 200 RS, DETERGENT 300-500 RS)1. Never thought dishwasher will be so helpful for my mom.2. It will need some initial set up like water inlet and outlet and 16 Amp plug, its separate detergents and thats all.3. Value for money compared to other 13 and 14 place dishwasher prices.4. No complex machinery hence should be low on maintenance5. Hygiene wash using hight temperature is the best part.

Ok, I was apprehensive about buying a dishwasher. We live in Bangalore and finding a maid here as per your timing is a challenge. We were seeking alternatives and found this dishwasher after reviews. I would say it is working great, 4 months on.The dishes including kadai come out spic and span even when they are burnt. Yes you need to scrub the burnt areas with a steel wool just for 10 secs before loading it and boom they will come out clean.But but, there was a learning curve about how to use it.Initially we were disappointed as the utensils were not coming clean enough to meet our satisfaction. Then after watching many channels (specially technology connections channel in youtube) i understood how these dishwashers work.You need to put very little detergent in these. I kid you not, when I started i was dumping in full load of detergent but there was a soapy residue, so i knew i was doing something wrong. Finish pods ( budget ones and not the expensive quantum ones) are best for this dishwasher as per my experience. But I make sure to have very little like 5 gms of detergent in the pre wash area as well when there is heavy load or burnt items, and i dialed my rinse aid to 1, and voila, this thing cleans like magic.Bangalore has hard water, and i saw that adding a hard water softener improve my wash significantly. We used waterscience dishwasher softener. There are other brands available and all will do the same thing. Just use it and make sure to change them every 5-6 months.In short, my initial buyers regret has now turned into buyers delight and honestly I cannot think of never using a dishwasher for our daily needs. It is now as important of a home appliance as a fridge or a washing machine.Pro tip: Donât miss this tipEven if you find you are a family of two and 8 place setting will be enough, dont do this mistake.They may be enough but they will take your time to properly place the utensils.Go for atleast 12 place, and ideally for 13 place if you will have some other family members coming frequently.My only regret is not buying 13 place dishwasher. Thats it, otherwise, my experience has been extremely positive albeit a learning curve involved.

Bad product late service, quality average
I was skeptical of buying this because of bad reviews about installation, however I got it installed it after a day in Pune location, I had to escalate to Amazon as I was not able to reach FABER through customer support.Review after 3 wash (normal -90 mins)Quality of wash is good, does it’s job of washing utensils pretty well, far better than average hand wash.Note- I have used Finnish tablets so farI request Faber not to increase the prices like Bosch and LG..After around 1 month of usage Incan say that it’s a good machine when it comes to washing daily.I just noticed the botton tray smtyms goes off the track, also one part of the bottom tray broke and came out, looks it’s because of the poor build quality or design.I guess the build quality is compromised a bit to keep the cost low.If u want a superior quality machine u may need to pay extra 10-20 k for machine like Bosch, LG etc..Review after 1 yearWash quality has detoriated alot, it’s leaving alot of strain marks and all the utensils are required to be rewashed for usageFor reference i have shared a video which has been taken after intense wash(strongest wash type)During warranty period inraused this multiple times, faber people didn’t responded. Now machine is out of warranty and i m regretting my decision badly to buy Faber. i ve tried all types of branded detergent, salt and rinseOn the other hand Bosch dishwasher purchased by my mom during same time last year, works extremely good with no single issue in machine or wash qualityi recommend NOT to trust Faber brand atleast in dishwasher space as they built crap—–After 1.5 years The machine is as good as crap, we are not able to use it as it’s not at all washing the utensils clean.. no proper service as well.. parts are extremely costlyAfter a good amount of effort I could get the heating element replaced through warranty, the Pune Faber support guys got multiple parts on the name of warranty of my machine but replaced only heating element, also requested me to sign against the stuff which wasn’t replacedAfter 2 yearsOur machines detergent dispenser cap broke and its been 1 year I’m trying to find that part, the Faber support team in Pune is non cooperative, despite of telling exact model they say that they need to visit (with i paying charges) to take photo of the part, i requested multiple times for the part cost before I take decision to replace it, but no luck. There is almost no local repair shop who looks for Faber dishwasher sReview after 3 yearsMachine completely stopped working, no power comingand also got rusting in the bottom areaIm trying to get somebody locally to look into it.. will update it in able to get it repairedWith these experiences I must say that, this machine is a scam from company like Faber.
