The service is pretty good and also the installation process was seamless system concerned with the upper and the suction pipe that it is quite visible in the front, else the service was pretty good. Item not working after installation the middle glass is not working
There is an issue with the brand new item. After installation the chimney middle glass is not opening rather I can say the Chimney it self is not working. The Amazon or the brand send a defective product. Such a bad experience after buying a brand new product which is not working on the day one.Amazon should cross verify this. I have asked for an replacement as the person from the installation team already installed the product and I have given the installation charge as well. But Now the replacement product also not arrived. This is very bad experience with Amazon.

Good Chimney
It’s a good Chimney for a small kitchen and excellent delivery by Amazon.. but installation was very hectic.. Ibhad to call Faber multiple times to get the installation done. Since the exhaust pipe from Faber costs rs 1500, so I bought from local shop for rs 400 only. Installation guy told me that he will charge rs300 extra just to extend the pipe. Lowering the rating as installation process and experience was not good at all. But Product is over all good.
