faber is just 3rd class brand, they fail to honour service contract, their warranties
bought this product online which included 1 year free service contract, this entailed that i install this chimney from them by paying 600 to fix 3 screws, then register this product, then registering on their website for cleaning contract, even then they will reject your service claim stating they are unable to find the details on their system for warrenty and registration. Cheap 3rd class brand with no honour, they also don’t have any service centers of their own, relying on 3rd party for services with no quality control no accountability. This brand is living on scraps a half dead brand and soon completely dead company.
